    YOU CAN PLACE AN INTERNATIONAL ORDER WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD. WHEN THE ORDER IS READY TO SHIP, WE WILL SEND YOU A PAYPAL INVOICE WITH THE RIGHT SHIPPING.

    All international orders must be paid through PayPal.

     We highly recommend to take a USPS "Register Mail" ($14.00) option to secure the arrival of the package. Not to do so, you are aware of all the risk:the post office or carrier can lose or damaged the package-If in case, the package is lost, not received or damaged, you understood all the risk and you agree NOT TO DO A CHARGE BACK OR ANY CLAIM, FOR ANY REASON, ON HEADLINE RECORDS PAYPAL ACCOUNT.Please don't hesitate to Email us for any questions. 

    Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details. 


    Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Headline Records is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

    Visa, Mastercard credit cards are for USA orders only. USA customers can also use PayPal. Due to address verification limitations, we cannot accept or process gift cards of any kind. 

    Our address verification settings (AVS) are very strict about credit card holder information. This is to protect you the cardholder from potential unwanted activity on your credit card. We only ship to the cardholder's current billing address. Please provide current billing and shipping information exactly as it appears on your most current monthly billing statement from the card issuing bank. If you the cardholder have recently moved and have not updated your address with the card issuing bank, your order may be declined. If the credit card billing address does not match exactly with your shipping address, or the issuing bank's current records, your order may be declined. In any event that your order declines, especially after multiple failed attempts please contact your credit card provider account to confirm how long potential temporary pending charges take to roll out of their system. Each bank is different in how long it takes for these temporary pending charges to roll out of their system. If any order declines, be assured that we never received your funds. If you suspect you were charged multiple times, please call your bank for confirmation.

    IF YOU RECEIVE THE WRONG ITEM
    If you received the wrong item or size due to our error, Headline Records will take care of the error. Email or call us to get the error corrected. We will refund you the shipping (return of the item) and we will NOT charge you for shipping when we send you back the right item.
